Sofortkauf mit sofortiger Bezahlung wurde als GEWERBLICHER VERKÄUFER widerrufen, da Artikel nach Zuschlag anderweitig verkauft wurde. Ich bat mehrmals um persönliche Stellungnahme - Verkäufer scheut und meidet jedoch nach auf dem formellen Widerruf seit nunmehr über 3 Wochen jeglichen Kontakt = nach ca. 2.000 Einkäufen über Ebay ist dies meine bislang schlechteste Erfahrung. Als GEWERBLICHER VERKÄUFER hat FIRMA KUNSTHANDEL ARNOLD DEMOLSKY widerrechtlich und unseriös gehandelt.

Ich wurde vom Käufer noch vor seinem Sofortkauf telefonisch kontaktiert und es wurde mir ein unverschämt niedriges Angebot unter Umgehung von ebay gemacht.
Alleine auf Grund dieser Tatsache hat sich der Käufer als Kunde disqualifiziert.
Wie aus seiner R A C H E B E W E R T U G ersichtlich ist, scheut dieser Schmiervogel nicht davor zurück einen seriösen Gewerbebetrieb zu verunglimpfen.
