I purchased one then asked Newegg if I could return but that I'm the one at fault. They state there could be a 15-20% restocking fee. And that I would turn the package around without opening it. The quickly responded that they wouldn't charge any fees and sent me a return UPS label. Cool wording from the agent, they hoped I had an EGGperience!Super seller!Thanks,Peter
