Item as described. Took 10 days to arrive but with postage due of $3.65 on top of the $1.59 the seller had already paid, for a total of $5.25 for a 2 Oz package, Quite a lot considering the item only cost $3.25. In the sellers defense, I believe this item shipped in the middle of a Post Office rate increase which is beyond the sellers control. After seller was notified of the issue, they promptly refunded me the cost of the item ($3.25). We both got screwed, Only winner here was the Post Office.

This item was not at all as described. Only 1.2v adjustment in power that should have been 0v to 12.6v. Poorly packaged and was physically damaged in shipment. Seller had decent communication but would not send working replacement which then I would have sent back defective item. First time I’ve had a failed electronics item from eBay. Bad seller, beware of the product he ships, the terrible packaging and business practices. 💀 ☠️
