worst customer service ever .... after 10 years and hundreds of stones they treated me like a red headed stepchild...tried to tell me all of their amethysts were colorless and after I sent pictures of stones I had bought in the past that were green sitting next to the colorless crud they had sent me they wouldnt acknowledge my complaint...the color pics on their page are a complete bait and switch ... buyer beware because they dont care if you come back . I will never buy from them again

Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our company, as we told you in our emails back to you. We would take the stones back and review what had gone wrong. We simply stated that we would take them back at our expense and give you a full refund upon return. This was not acceptable to you. You would not accept our solution; you seem to like to be abusive and rude.We really try to work with people but.......
