Light, sleek, smart gadget - far lighter than those dated cds.
64mb on a device the size of a credit card! OK, a slight exageration, but considering how many songs/videos/messages can fit onto this tiny device, it certainly is worth its weight in gold. I purchased this at ridiously low price as I wasn't willing to pay over £300 for it. However, I can see why it does cost that much new. As this is the 3rd generation it doesn't have a camera. So what? I have a phone that can do that and a camera that can do that. I really wasn't fussed about having an mp3 player that could do it too. Although this is more like a multi media device than just an MP3 player. I wanted something that could store all of my music in one convenient place, without having to lug piles of cds around with me. And this has it. The battery life is not great. Needs recharging daily, and I don't play it that much (ie not all day long). The ability to message to other iphones for free is good if you're stuck with no phone battery. But you'd need to ask all your friends who has an i-phone. Compared to the iphone, this is a lot slimmer and sleeker. It feels smaller, lighter and does almost everything that the iphone does. Almost everything! I have an iphone and this. I wanted to be able to make calls whilst listening to music, and not have to be stuck with HAVING to upgrade to an iphone whn my contract comes to an end. Having said that, I resisted the urge to purchase anything apple for so long, but now that I have, I'm an i-convert! I would buy this again and recommend to everyone. Great little gadget.

I was looking for a new iPod but didn't wanna pay too much so I went for a slightly older 3rd gen model. I have nearly 4000 songs on it so far & it could easily fit twice that amount. The apps are fantastic & I mainly use time wasting ones like Angry Birds whilst travelling to & from work on the train. Wi-fi works great. Great purchase for anyone not looking for a camera/3G conectivity.

great buy i ve used it every day since it arrived , excellent battery. The Ipod touch came in perfect condition, plays music and video perfect. conect to my home wifi and stream perfect. emails picked up within seconds. i should have got ones ages ago. the Ipod classic was great but this is awesome.

It has taken me a couple of weeks to get to understand what it does and how it works and I'm still not sure of some functions but I like it so far. I have found that some apps and music can be expensive but the iPod itself works well enough and I expect it will be come more useful as I get more into it.

Ace bit of kit.
A superb gadget which is so easy to use i've not even looked at the instructions. A bit pricey but i suppose you get what you pay for so after a month or so of owning it i can honestly say that i would'nt swap it for anything. You wont regret this purchase, fact!
