saw I had wrong address on the purchase so immediately not even 5 min went by before I put in a cancellation request to just change the shipping address to the correct one, left a message along with my order number just to make sure I’m letting them know, 2 and half days go by for it to then tell me the request was denied because the seller just shipped anyway, I’m sure the item itself is great(if I would’ve gotten it) but horrible communication and dragging experience overall

Seller read my message indicating I needed to change the address but ghosted when I asked to cancel and re-order so it could be shipped to the right address. Very unprofessional--it wasn't sent when I asked to cancel but they just went ahead and shipped it to tick the box. I would have happily re-ordered and paid a restocking fee, but they didn't care enough to read.
