Attempted to Open Return, Seller wants to issue Partial refund where in I keep the non-functional device. I have denied that option and want a full return, which the seller will not initiate through standard Ebay channels, and wishes to only do via Message. Seller Requires photos of the device to return despite already providing them. Over all very disappointed in this process.

    Some strong selling points, with notable deficiencies

    I chose this phone because the specifications said it has an FM receiver, it has a removable battery and is somewhat waterproof. While there are many good things about this phone there are a few things potential buyers should know. - although it has an FM radio receiver, it is disabled from the factory and few carriers unlock it. You can use it for online FM stations, but if you want to listen to FM stations offline, first research to see if your carrier supports that. This is rather offensive since the specs listed the FM receiver, and FM boadcasts may be the only way to get information during a disaster that disables land line and cellular phone service. - volume control has few "steps", so you can end up choosing between volume levels that are much too low or much too high with ...

    The use of it is just fine, the only problem is the battery discharges too fast and I can only charge it through my computer. When I use the charger it keep shutting off during the charge.

    Good phone at good price

    Very good display and cameras. Fast. Battery doesn't last too long, probably because the phone is used. Will have to buy another battery ($10.99). Good exercise phone with health program which uses GPS for walking and measures Heart rate. I like this phone very much

    Great Galaxy S5 Neo Cell Phone

    The Phone was as advertised, Brand new with protection on rear camera, screen and case, and all the accessory parts that would normally indicate it is from the Manufacturer. As for the phone it has excellent front and rear cameras, good performance and Battery seems long lasting on a single charge. The phone was advertised as unlocked but you have to enter a supplied code and process to do so, another indication it is Brand new. Works well on GSM 2G,3G & 4G bands. Display looks good, WiFi and bluetooth work well.
