Awful customer service. By far the worst shopping experience I’ve had in over 12 years of using eBay. Sent only half the order and never responded to messages. Order wasn’t completed. Refund wasn’t offered, eBay had to step in. Sellers like the should be banned by eBay , until they are, avoid at all costs.

The buyer received both items they ordered for completely free, and told me they would change their feedback because of this. However, they couldn't be bothered to do it once they'd received their free items. It's buyers like this that should be banned, not the sellers.
