Frets ends were beveled well with no sprouting. Frets were leveled, but not re-crowned or polished. Flat on top with visible file marks on every fret. Could feel and HEAR it when bending strings. I masked, re-crowned, and polished every fret. I expect that on a $50-$75 Chinese neck, not a premium, $150+ Fender licensed neck. Refund the $75 that I would charge a customer to re-crown, dress and polish their frets, and we'll call it even.
