This is a magnificent pendant, well worth the money. This seller is conscientious and willing to work with the buyer. I was very pleased with the way he dealt with a problem which was not his fault but that of the USPS.
The Post Office was totally a mess in the way they shipped this item.

I received this item packaged well and on time. It however didn't quite match the description and was much smaller than expected.This said the description did not specify size. It also was yellow gold plated on back side. This was a small pretty sparkly brooch but not to my expectations. So I requested a refund. My refund was promptly given and the seller told me to keep the brooch. Who does that today, actually cares about customer satisfaction and even generously giving away the brooch.
