Will serve it's purpose. Wasn't to quality of one I previously bought. Rough casting, and paint to base chipping and flaking off. Spindle won't thread in all the way and wobbly. But shipping was fast. I'll just repaint it and make due. Not worth sending back. The price was cheap. You get what you pay for.
