Not A Direct Swap For 03 Outback (modification needed)
Looks very well made. Arrived in less than a week which was nice. Lower ball section fit and threads fit stock and after market shift knobs. Stock bushings fit perfect (lucky for me I just replaced mine) Price was fair all said and done. Ok that was the pros, now the cons. Checked product fitment via the fitment thing and it says it should fit my 03 legacy outback 5 speed, well that was not the case. The link section where the bolts and bushings fit is almost an inch too wide. Which means unless you have a lathe time to bring out a sander or grinder. I was really hoping for a quick swap and that was not the case. So be warned this is not a direct swap for an outback. Conclusion, all and all still worth the money in my eyes. If you do not have the means to modify parts this may not be ... Looks very well made. Arrived in less than a week which was nice. Kartboy Impreza wrx short shifter
Product took about 1 month to arrive which was quite disappointing. The fitment is good; noticeably shortened the throws of my 5 speed. You will need to remove a bushing that holds your shifter in place by removing some bolts from the bottom of your car in order to install.

I purchased a short shifter. And in the picture he is using he shows that it comes with bushings. When it arrived no bushings. Then when I asked about the bushings he said its only the shifter. So why are using a picture of the shifter with bushing. Very deceiving wouldn't recommend
