Worked perfect to adjust the carb on my Stihl SH-86C blower/shredder vac. I've had it into the dealer twice and they can't seem to get it adjusted right, and it takes them three weeks to do it. After a couple YouTube videos and five minutes with this, I got it dialed in. No more bogging down on full throttle. Too bad the dealers won't sell it. Item seemed new, was carefully packed in cardboard to prevent shipping damage. Shipping was slow, took almost two weeks, but I guess I have to blame USPS.
