Poor communication!! Item arrived broke!! BEWARE!!! Both earrings, the post came off. Item was poorly packaged. It was in a bubble wrap bag but the earrings weren’t wrapped, just in a mini ziploc bag. They went protected at all, one of the broke posts was bent. Earrings must’ve been flying around in bag and getting smashed by other postal packages. I let seller know July 7 and they never replied!!

This seller refunded the money and felt extremely bad. I've tried to change the negative to a positive but ebay makes it hard. I'm going to keep on trying. I appreciate sellers who admit they made a mistake and make things right. This seller did exactly that.
