Good price but wood could be better quality
These tube enclosures are a nice compliment to any woofer. I got a great deal on two and the only thing I noticed was when mounting the woofer the wood quality is very poor. The screws did not lock down tight like other boxes I have had and would just keep turning until it stripped. I assume this is because of the wood having to be curved it seems it is not as dense as square shaped boxes. Other than that they make my Kicker CompR 8"s sound great and for the price I would recommend them to others. Tubes have a unique sound to them compared to other boxes and it's all about personal sound preference. I switched from two sealed square boxes because I could hear air leaking out of the terminals the wire clamps into. I no longer hear that because these are ported and it does sound louder than ... Sounds terrible
Installed the sub and it sounded terrible. Took the sub back out to check everything to find out the port opening from the tube to the port is not neatly cut but looks like it was ripped open so all kinds of cardboard is fluttering during the bass notes. Don't buy this. It's cheap for a reason. I'm getting a different enclosure. This was a waste of money and time.

Serves its purpose
I have a 2011 Honda Ridgeline. Wanted a sub to fit under seat for a little bass. This tube is like pressed cardboard, lower quality than I expected. BUT, I have a Cerwin Vega 8” 1ohm sub with a 5 channel amp pushing up to 450 Real watts to this and it’s more than enough to make me happy. And I am running FOCAL components in front and FOCAL coaxial in back so my setup is not cheap. I would recommend you try for the price and see for yourself. Or buy a more true wood square box. Nice little tube
It’s of good quality. Pretty heavy for its size and sturdy. Haven’t used them yet but my dual voice coil Skar audio 8 inch subs are going to kick in this small enclosure.

Meh. It's cheap for a reason
Was in the middle of doing my stereo build when I needed a box quick until I get my custom box built. I installed A Sundown E8 V5 in this box it sounded horrible sub specs are pretty on point. terrible Port noise, box is poorly crafted, the screws hardly tighten up when you install the sub, The carpet on the back look to be damaged or poorly done. Like I said it's cheap for a reason
