Processor arrived well protected and packaged. Clearly new and unused. Can't ask any more from a reseller. This Intel i7-5775c is a fantastic upgrade over a i5-4670k. The 128MB L4 cache on the i7-5775c does wonders for 3D applications or anything needing more memory bandwidth. If your still using a desktop with the LGA 1150 socket, upgrade to this CPU before retiring the whole computer.

The i7-5775c has been great so far! A few initial hiccups with getting the iGPU to work properly (a BIOS problem with my motherboard; not a processor problem), but now it's running flawlessly, OC'd at 4.2GHz, with some OC'd memory & a 3060 12GB GPU to compliment it.
