I had paid for 2day shipping and seller missed that when sending. They did apologize and give refund for the extra I paid for shipping. Instead of 2 days waiting for part it was 6 days. They use USPS as standard shipping so it is slow! Part worked as described. If you purchase 2 day shipping you should probably make a note at time of order so they see it when packaging and sending. Overall satisfied and seller was good to deal with!!!!!
