I received the product pretty fast. I installed it yesterday. I did have to repair it. It did not work. I considered sending it back, but I did not want to spend the shipping cost to send it back, and the extra time, so I opened up the end with the little solenoid in the handle. Checked the solenoid coil continuity, and circuit it checked out OK. I noticed the retracting spring was in backwards. Reversed it, and put it all back together, and installed on door, and it works fantastically. Thanks

Great in every way. This the way EBay should work every time. You find a product you want to purchase the product arrives in a timely manner exactly as described on eBay for the price that both the seller and the buyer are happy with. The only glitch was that the item comes in two boxes, and one box arrived and then four days later the next box arrived but I don’t believe that’s the seller’s fault. I believe that’s USPS’s fault. Could not be happier.
