Item appears to be new but was damaged in shipping. One mounting ear/tab is bent even though chassis had styrofoam around it and was double boxed. Item was dropped at some point in shipping as the mounting ear broke the styrofoam and poked through both boxes. Ear can easily be bent straight but still disappointing for item to arrive damaged like this.
