The molded plastic that the handle mounts into is defective and the pin will not stay in the handle to make it operational. The handle on the left where the white pin goes in is “bent” its plastic you can bend it back. I would like a refund.

Do not buy Vevor slushy machine.They posted a price, then change their mind after I purchased the machine and practically forced me to accept a refund because of their mistake. Not a good eBayer save your money and run.

The seller worked with me to make the transaction right with the damaged item. Great communication and great item! The slicer works great! Just don’t use FexEx at least where we live.
