Received quicker than expected. Phone appears to be new, aside from being used to load the global rom, but the US-compatible charger in the box was clearly used, so this had to be a re-shrinkwrap and not factory sealed, unused as expected. If this is the case, this should be stated in the listing. Also, I had to reflash the proper global rom since the included rom caused some of my apps to not work properly. The phone is working great now. With all this said, I still recommend this seller.

The new phone is having a problem with the battery that drains very fast. I contacted the seller telling him about the problem and he only offered me a partial refund (20 dollars, half the price of the battery in my country) suggesting me to buy a new battery. I refused and asked him to send me a new battery, it is not my fault that a new phone has such a problem with the battery. The seller refused and eventually insisted with the partial refunding or asked me to return the phone.

Hello, replacing a cell phone battery requires disassembling the phone, and it's something that needs to be done by a professional. Otherwise it is very dangerous.
