Quick shipping, not packaged the best but that's not the biggest deal. Problem I was having was tuning. This antenna would not get a decent swr pissing between 6-8. The antenna is not resonant on any one band or frequency. If the swr was decent I would have kept it but after use it started causing odd interference like humming and high pitch squealing leading me to hook up an antenna analyzer. This isn't worth much considering the sra is trash. I had no issues with the bending mechanism.

the test method will also effect the result (highly recommended to be vertical, not to lie flat, not to touch things when the antenna is testing) and the environment effects too (the ceiling above the head, the value will be lower,the value will be higher in open area), please try more times
