Seller listed a specific toasting flute (the Universal flute with all 5 designs on it) but sent me the prosperity flute. To their credit, they admitted the mistake, issued a refund, and let me keep the item, but I still don t have the glass I wanted.

Did mistake in listing, they didn't look at the pictures/images. Refunded and left the glass to the buyer, who paid fraction of retail price.
