She misunderstood the situation and she made me feel like I was scamming her. I sent her a picture and she told me it was the same item, when clearly it wasn't. I had to send more pictures for her to believe me and I don't like that I had to do that. We ended up resolving the issue, but I won't be doing business with this seller again.
