Item arrived quickly and was in good condition - some minor tears in the packaging, one end flap was partially torn, and the end flaps were not securely closed. The item itself was packaged well with packing material that would withstand minor damage to the packaging. Item was pretty easy to assemble for one person, took about 2.5 hours to put it together.
