The item was in pretty good shape. It arrived ok. I just wish the seller could respond to my requests for photos before shipping, as you can see in the attached photos, there was very tiny dent in the box (shipping damage? Original manufacture difference?), which is different from photos shown on item page. Luckily it was still acceptable. Thank you again for the service. Please leave me a positive feedback too

This was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I pushed the “Buy” button, the response from this seller was immediate, my package arrived earlier than predicted and the “previously owned” item that I purchased (for an amazing deal) looked exactly as shown! I wish I could give 6 stars!

  • Omg, amazing old-school analog delay with modern tweaks!

After numerous reviews and videos, and pondering over this for years, I finally took the plunge and bought a brand new Maxon AD9 Pro. Having owned an original Maxon-built Ibanez UE-305 multi-effect in the 1980s for literally decades, I am very familiar with (and love) the bucket brigade analog delay repeats. I've also owned a few Echoplexs, a Space Echo, and other delay pedals. Well Maxon has done an amazing job putting just the right features on the AD9 Pro and it's amazing both in-front of an amp and in the effects loop. From subtle to over to ambient effects, the 400ms is enough to take you right back to that classic analog echo bliss! It really shines for shorter delays but I also love the longer repeats that only have the most minimal warming/darkening of tones as the repeats extend. ...

  • Typical Maxon excellent quality, great multi tap sound.

On the commonly used scale of "warm sounding" the AD-9 Pro is fairly neutral, meaning that the delayed signal sounds like the dry signal. With my AD-80 and AD-900, the delayed signal sounds "warmer", or less bright than the dry signal. If you start with a warm dry sound, the AD-9 Pro will give you a warm delay sound. The outstanding feature of this pedal, shared only with the AD-999 Pro is the multi tap head setting, which gives a second "head" repeat not evenly spaced between the first and next repeats. Using delay for ambient room sound, this is much more realistic than a single evenly spaced repeat, as not many rooms have only one wall reflecting sound back at you. If you like the multi tap sound, the AD-999 Pro does it even better with three extra taps, but the AD-9 Pro is the only ...

  • thank you for this deal

I've sold a vintage yamaha digital delay to get the money for this, simply because I could not utilize its delay range. I use short to medium delay, it is pretty enough if you actually play music, not just toy around with the capability of repeats and delay time. This was not the original vintage one but a mint condition reissue model, that I got hold of for a very friendly buy it now price, and no postage. I had a number of vintage pedals, simply because they were not vintage at the time of purchase, and believ me, there is mostly no audible difference with reissues, and if there is, like in the case of the TS-9 or 8, you can always have those modded for little money and have the original sound. There is absolutelly no reason to pay a fortune for a beaten up, rusty pedal, that might not ...

  • The holy grail of phaser pedals.

Over the time that i've used phasers, different brands like mxr, ibanez, boss. The maxob pt999 phase tone is the warmest and nicest sounding phaser i've ever had the chance to use. It's ease of use with the single knob is great, without all the extra knobs to make it look fancy. If you need a phaser pedal that's great quality, great tones, true bypass and is far superior than most phasers out there, the maxon pt999 has everything you need to get the job done. It's a 5 star rating from me.

  • Fine delay

A well-regarded lush delay with good width, the dual/single switch gives real flexibility with that. I'm enjoying it and recommend it.
