This feature allows players to focus on building social relationships with other characters during the day while exploring an alternate dimension at night. The phases of the moon also have a significant role in your nighttime activities. Enemies grow stronger and more unpredictable the closer you are to the full moon, and some areas of Tartarus are only available during that time.The FES release of “Persona 3” is packed with new content. New summons, in-game events, and a harder difficulty mode are available to play. There is also an all new post-game chapter called "The Answer." This offers a new dungeon to explore, as well as new characters, bosses, and story content. It arrived earlier than expected which was nice and the condition was MOSTLY as described. Basically, the disc was disconnected from the case-tray-holder-thingy, which may damage the disc itself depending on the delivery process, other than that, everything else was as described: the disc is still nice and unscratched, and the case was still in its plastic wrap AKA new game. I wouldn't blame the seller for that as it may be unavoidable, plus the price was lower so it was worth it. Recommend it.

Two of the best JRPGs on the PlayStation 2
Persona 3 and 4 expertly mixes dungeon crawling turn-based action and life simulation. The soundtracks of both games are a bit dated in my opinion, but they fit the themes of each game well and will grow on you if you let them. Although Persona 4 improved several aspects of Persona 3’s combat and social system, both games have incredible stories with heavy themes and memorable characters with interesting stories. This game,is a very good one. I had bought it,expecting it to be good..but it turned out to be great. There are more than a few things to talk about,but it's important that they are known. First of all,chances are you might not see a used copy at your local game store. So you might have no choice but to get it the way I got it,on Ebay..so be prepared to spend a bit more..but I got mine for a deal..only $25.00 so it's not that bad. Secondly,if you like games that take a good long time to finish..then this is another game for you. You also might see that there is a Persona 3 and Persona 3:Fes,I would say..no DEMAND to get the FES version..because it's basically Persona 3.5. Fourth,it's a simulation..I said this..but it's time to expand a bit. You play as a high school boy who has come to live in a seaside Japanese town. You do everything like a normal guy would do,see friends..go to school,buy things,see girls,and just wander around. Fifth,you control "Personas" which are basically aspects of your own personality,there are many to find and create..which adds a whole deeper scope to the game. Lastly,the story is original and interesting. Like I said..your a regular guy who is going to live at a dorm with others,so you get there a bit late. Midnight,but your told that time of night is called The Dark Hour (The Shadow Hour in Japanese version) where normal people are encased within "coffins" and Shadows. Monsters attack the few people who can actually move around at this time. Your charged with joining a special task force to eliminate the shadows,and protect innocent people..but it all gets deeper from that point on. The game is highly original,and a must buy...I give it a Excellent rating.

Very Fun and Addictive
I've heard about this game online some time ago and I decided to try it. I've failed to put it down since then. The goal of this game is to master the combat engine and form relationships with various NPCs over the course of a school year. The combat is solid and does require a bit of planning in order to master. However, long grinding secessions do get repetitive rather quickly. Thankfully, the game makes up for it with the relationship building side. The dialogue and translation are done well and anyone with a heart can't help but relate to at least one character involved with the story. The humor is hit and miss at times, but the payoff is well worth the occasional flop. My first playthrough lasted longer than 80 hours and those patient enough to see the story until the end will not ... I've heard about this game online some time ago and I decided to try it. I definitely recommend this game!
I had a lot of fun with this game. Back then, I had never really played any of the mainline Persona games before, mainly just the spinoffs like the Arena and Dancing titles, however, when I decided to play Persona 3 FES, it ended up as one of my most favorite games I had ever played. I had received it for my birthday, and I had been playing it ever since. Thank you for this product!
