When I saw this package on my porch I knew it would be broken. Fragile ceramic was not enclosed in a box so, of course, the parcel flexed during shipping & it broke into pieces. Also, it was not marked fragile. Seller told me to take it to the post office, which was not what I wanted to do 2 weeks before Xmas so I called & was eventually told it was the seller who bought the insurance and had to make the claim. My money was promptly refunded but I am very sad that this beautiful piece destroyed.
