    The seller sent a document, referred to as a House plan, but the details in the plan are useless. It's just a photocopy of a diagram, which is not worth anything, and we cannot do anything with it. The file also lacks proper labels and measurements and is essentially worthless, not worth the money. For me, the value is zero. Where in this world do we get a plan without a label or measure? He just took a picture of a house, that's all. shameless
