Waited patiently for the close to $700 device. The listing said it was a NEW and UNUSED device yet when I opened the box it had many signs of wear and tear on the cord and the device and the thing didn’t even turn in. I could hear it making some noises inside but the screen did not ever show any signs of working. Very disappointed. Still waiting on seller to respond to my request to return and get a refund.
