    Excellent! I've just bought a 2008 BMW in which the satnav didn't work. After some research I found out how it was meant to function, bought this DVD (which arrived super quick) and hey presto, the satnav's as good as new...clunky and far less easy than a modern one, but that's how they were designed!     By pictures, i can see buyer has ordered professional dvd, for the business system, hence the read area. I have contacted buyer to offer exchange to sort problem. DVD was clean on dispatch as done in a controlled environment, very likely to have got dirty when took out of package and touched with fingers.
