Each item was carefully bagged, wrapped in multiple layers of padding and boxes for protection during transit. We had a shipping SNAFU early on. Once we were able to figure out our communication their customer service was excellent. They retrieved my camera from its mistaken location and 2-day shipped it to me, which I feel was an over-correction. The listing says that they are selling a right controller for the quest vr headset but when I finally received my item it was a left controller that was dismantled and had a plastic battery cover for a right controller so not only did I receive the wrong product but they seemed to be very unknowledgeable of the products they sell and didn’t seem to understand or speak English at all so communication was difficult and they didn’t offer any real solution.
