The item does not fit the championship ring (actual size). The description specifically mentions this type of ring so you figure it would fit. Case was sent with glue or damage. Communication with the seller was negative. Finally got approval for the return and then as told no as it was damaged on the return.

Buyer refused to reply to messages, we sent 3 and he claimed he did not get them. Asked them to return the item the same way shipped. Nope threw it in a grossly oversized box and put the stand inside case, we don't ship that way, rattling it around and damaging the case with multiple small scratches. Sent a picture asking why, no response again just this. THIS IS WHY WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS. We are going to appeal the case and this will be removed.

I bought a display case that was suppose to be new but it arrived defective, covered in scratches. I noticed that this seller has defective units at a cheaper rate but I forked out extra $ for a NEW one..seller thought they d pick out the least damaged one & get one over on me. I called them out on it provided multiple pics & stated I wanted a replacement. THEY GOT OFFENDED & TOLD ME TO KEEP MY COMMENTS TO MYSELF & said he d prolong my return process because he was annoyed. I D AVOID THIS SELLER

Anyway's... Buyer sent 5 messages in 10 minutes, thats a lot. The messages escalated from a standard message to accusations of sending damaged items. Also requesting a refund and a new item. We knew the buyer was being unreasonable so we simply decided to have the return the item for a full refund, shipping paid for as well. Had a label within 1 day, had a refund within 1 day and says we purposely delayed the process. Nope just can't do everything at the drop of a hat. Worst buyer ever in 20 yrs
