    A Surprisingly Good and Easy to Follow Cookbook!

    When I purchased this book I expected it to be full of ridiculously expensive and hard to find ingredients, so I was pleasantly surprised. Don't get me wrong, there were a few, but overall the ingredients while not super cheap were reasonable. If you actually went all out in the lifestyle then only the first two or three shopping trips would be real expensive, once the pantry is set up cost should go down and even out. However, for the most part these are not quick recipes (so plan to have time to cook) but they're easy to follow and (those I tried) were really good and really healthy! Bottom line, while I don't usually have the time or ambition to cook, even I found some great healthy recipes to add to my life(and to wow the BF).
