Delivery was good but first time I used clamps the top jaw slipped off of two of them. Easy fix , I can just get the end to stick out the mushroom it . I have to say for the money, they are fine but if you are looking for clamps with no issues, these aren’t the ones. I’m a fabricator so fixing them isn’t and issue for me but not everyone would know how to approach it.

I bought these clamps even after reading the reviews and have to say 1 did not work right at first for myself either. But messing around with the 2 little slip bars it finally started catching the ridges on the main bar. I hope it holds? But the other 3 clamps are perfect from the get go. So lets go over some pros and cons. Pro: . Heavy made Wood handles are even solid that I thought would have been weak but is not. Plastic coverings on end. Thick Bar that doesn't bend without true force and that is great unlike many cheaper made clamps that it does. Cons: One plastic cover on each clamp on the end always slips off easily. I think it should be a little tougher to stay on. Like the one on the handle end that stays on better. ____ These clamps have ridges on each side of the bar to help ... Excellent Clamps!!
I've used these clamps for about ten days mostly in glue-up of wood panels. I bought the 18 inch version of these clamps and they have performed flawlessly. They have good griping action and are easy to tighten with plenty of clamping pressure. I would have no hestitation in purchasing these clamps again.

I recommend them. The only thing that bothers me about them, is they use a spring. I know the spring will be the first thing to wear out on them. I think if they used something other than a spring, they would last a life time. Now looking at them, even if the spring wears out I can still use them. This is because I can stick a wedge in it. Nice looking construction, only part that is not made from metal is the handle. Looks like it has good enough quality metal. I plan on buying more of them at a later time.I recommend them.
