Works well--many grind settings for coarseness--I think 50 settings!! Can grind by time (56 seconds) or cup portions (make up to 12 cups of coffee). Very quiet compared to my old one. Thermally protected so no overheating and ruining the motor--it will stop and display E2 when getting warm. Easy to disassemble and clean between grindings. I am very happy with it. Great Ebayer!! Quiet and quick with a good grind quality. It is all ABS housing but the grinder is metal and well designed. With 1-14 cups and 51 grind settings, you can really dial it in. Easy to use setting dial that clicks in and locks in well. Easy to remove the hopper for cleaning with included brush. Cord is good length at about 3 feet.

When I took the back off, I observed that the fan assembly was simply laying in the machine. The Seller is a great seller. They assisted me in trouble shooting and when that didn't work, they quickly sent me a return label and I was refunded the day I dropped the item off at Fedex. I highly recommend this seller. Jim H.
