    Old and out of selling product, but American mussle car performer indeed.

    I bought this Xeon E5440 server cpu for LGA 771/775 mod. I've made a MSI P45 Memory lover & Xeon E5440 combo with a SSD Sata3 system by 8 GB dual DDR3 rams. This system has reveled superb stability and reliable performance. 12 MB L3 cache did a real difference. Although this a dead-line product, it still survives and does great job, making me much happy and satisfied..

    You need this if you have an older LGA771 server

    serious upgrade to any LGA771 machine, performs very well, 2 of these will beat an AMD FX8350 in compute performance
