    Why didnt my doctors suggest this stuff?

    "D" is one of the the usual suspect's in leg cramp and creepy skin problems for me,i found tons of remedys recommended from magnesium to calcium but none suggested vitamin "D" the "sunshine" vitamin ,tried this and after 12 days at 3 per day (i dont eat them i chew and discard the gel cap) it slowly disappeared entirely-the opoid therapy drugs i used to take robbed me of "D" which tho i eat enough of the other minerals is sadly lacking in sufficient quantity to make them all available to the body.suffered those Quacks advice taking artery clogging potassium horse pills for 2 years which stoppped cramping but dont facilitate good lower body circulation,you have been warned dont loose your limbs when this could be a true fix.
