I have used this product from this seller for at least a year now. I think it helps. I was very ill in December (the flu), I got off all medication (herbal and prescription). A week or so later I developed a UTI. I was miserable for a couple days, I started taking saw palmetto again and things started to return to normal. Instead of having to pee every hour or less I went to 3 to 5 hours, sometimes longer if I watch my water intake in the evening. Works for me, it is worth a try.
