The product I received was nothing like what was pictured, much cheaper and badly made, and the seller assured me that it was because people have different expectations of the product. After I explained that my only expectation was that the product I received was that it match what I ordered, the seller did eventually relent and give me a refund. Took a little over 2 weeks to arrive, coming from abroad, that was very good. The hats fit fine, and look as shown. They were shipped without any box, with the outer packaging just wrapped around the hats, and with a balloon inside where a head would be. They came out more oval than round, and each had a couple of tents in the cap portion, but I think they'll come out.
