Now as far as KUNA goes, the story is not the same. The issue with the "solid red led of death" effectively bricking your device with no way to MFG reset. Is unacceptable. After researching, this is a well know issue. Also, if you were planning on discontinuing this product it would have been nice to know years ago. You should remove it from your website.0-Stars for KUNA and this product.
