Handling time was 6 days, not 1 as stated. Once shipped, Cda Post took just one day to get it here. Also took 6 days for them to return the difference on the combined shipping. Used helmet cover was in ok used condition as stated. This was a birthday gift which would have been on time had they honoured their stated handling time. Disappointed.

Hello, the refund on the shipping difference was refunded the day the order was placed. As stated before, it can take up to a week for most credit card/debit services to process and show a refund. We did apologize for the delay as we had to unexpectedly wait for a transfer from our warehouse.

I have contacted the seller but they are not responding.
This parachute was in its original packaging but smells extremely moldy.
The smell has not come out after repeated washings.
I requested an adjustment to the price but they are not responding to me.
They also did not indicate that the parachute is a cotton blend and not a normal parachute. I could use some assistance to reach these people. The item looks ok in the photos but the moldy smell is unhealthy and unbearable..
