After the USPS damaged the packaging and flag (looked like it got stuck in a conveyor belt) I reached out to the seller. Without hesitation after a picture was sent, they reshipped another one. It was a day faster than the original. Probably didn’t spend a day stuck in the conveyor belt is the reasoning.
