Left side of the keyboard from escape down to control only work if you press very hard. Keyboard is also priced $159 brand new from kiiboom directly. It was shown as new, yet the box was open and there was hair on the keyboard. I should have done more research. $190altogether from this seller and they go on hiatus for a month right after the package arrives. Very negative experience.

    If you live near wildfires you need this

    I have a number of similar Honeywell units, and they all have the same high-quality purification features. This one also has a particularly nice design and control panel. If you're like me and you live near wildfires, nowadays we have to live with air purifiers a lot and this is one of the best I've had.

    Very nice air purifier

    This air purifier does all that we need it to do and has features that we like very much. It isn't too large nor too expensive. It's perfectly quiet, so long as you run it on slow speed. Not sure about high speed because we never use it. All in all, exactly what we wanted.

    Quiet and efficient at getting the air cleared.

    Quiet, easy to operate, the auto mode and the air quality indicator are useful. The filters are easy to install. Quickly deals with outdoor wildfire smoke that has leached inside, clears a large room within a half hour. It is lightweight and easy to move around if need be. I liked it so much I got a second one.

    Purchased the Honeywell filter because Consumer Reports recommended it. It is easy to operate and blends into the room. It has a nice, built in handle on its top, making it easy to move, if needed. It is very quiet unless you have it on level 3, plus engage the turbo. But the noise on turbo isn't bad, sounding like a strong wind.
