Kind of flimsy feeling plastic. Time will tell if it holds up to washington weather. My only complaint is that the product is advertised as matte finish when it is actually quite glossy. I had to paint it to match the matte black wrap on my car.

The items were as described. Shipping was perhaps calculated to lower the price of the item. Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.
