    Even taken 2 pills at once is not effective.

    This product potency is in question. Even 2 pills taken at once is barely effective. Even though the instructions says not to exceed 1 capsule in 4 days.

    Yes it can

    These pills are different each time you take them. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not. So if it doesn't do nothing, keep trying at least a few more times, and eat less than normal. It doesn't say but eating heavy when on them makes them work less.
