    GenX & Boomer Euphoria on a CD!

    C/W folks, y’all can tune out now, sorry! Early rap and hip-hop folks, don’t let the title fool you, this isn’t y’all’s groove! But if you grew up with a love of Swing, early Rock & Roll, and are looking for your ultimate party album, you found it! This group of English DJs assembled a collection of mashups in the late 80s on their first album that rode the nostalgia wave all the way into the 90s, with its “Swing the Mood” dominating the radio waves most of that summer and fall. Samples from such legends as Fats Domino, Elvis, and The Beach Boys are set to a heavy bass line to get your body moving, while many instrumentals from Glenn Miller and vocals from the Andrews sisters round out this tour-de-force from the 40s through the 80s! As Jive Bunny says, “C’mon, everybody!”
