The item was not as pictured, also missing pieces and three pieces were clearly snapped off, the missing and snapped off parts were not in the zip bag the item was sealed in nor were they in the shipping box, that means it was knowingly shipped broken. I contacted the seller about this and missing pieces, it’s been 7-8 days since I contacted the seller with no reply. tried to use eBay money back guarantee but there’s zero customer service, and auto customer service is the worse. I lost my money.
