I ordered the Kwikset Ashfield Passage Lever & Single Cylinder Keyed Entry Deadbolt. I received the hall door unit with not locks or keys. I sent an email to the seller and received NO response. I requested a return via Ebay, received a USPS return label, and took it to the post office. The latest tracking info I received is: Insufficient Address, NEWARK DE 19713. So far I have not received a refund. I'm still hoping for a positive outcome.
