Described as "open box". Back cover comes off very easily and did not fit snug. Changing port will not hold cord properly and it wiggles Charging is interrupted repeatedly. the purchased warranty will not cover it because it says the phone is still under manufacture warranty. Received a $15 partial refund. Unhappy, but I got what I paid for, I guess.
